The management of a group class - which nowadays gets more and more multicultural - requires precise strategies for the resolution of inevitable conflicts within the daily school life. Usually conflict is seen as a problematic situation that must be deleted at once and not as a chance to thrive - individually and as group. It is important to remind that "non-violent resolution of conflicts" does not necessarily mean `finding the solution of the conflict’ but should be considered as "the capacity of ‘halt and wait in the conflict’ [that] requires to cherish the difference in the other, to reconsider your ideas decentralizing cognitively and emotionally, to interact by listening in the first place, to believe in the exchange the comparison may promote" [1].

The literature of didactic of mediation and resolution of conflicts can offer many techniques and exercises that do reveal our cultural frames, the non-written rules that influence our perceptions, decisions and expectations. Other activities, on the other hand, stress on the capacity of listening and observation, to deconstructing prejudices and developing alternative strategies for the resolution of conflicts [2].
